Welcome to Reliclanevintage. Reliclanevintage is operated by Retro Bohemian Store. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of our website and to any purchase you make from us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to place an order on our site. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Products, pricing and images

• All products are subject to availability. We may change product descriptions, prices and images at any time without notice.
• Product images are for illustration. Colors and print details may vary slightly from what you see, depending on your screen settings.
• We work to keep prices and listings accurate. If we find a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to correct it; affected orders may be canceled and fully refunded.

3. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase and does not mean we have accepted it. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example because of:

• Limited or unavailable stock
• A failed or unverified payment
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
• A pricing or listing error
• Shipping restrictions

If we cancel an order after payment, we refund you in full to your original payment method.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel an order only before it enters processing or shipment. To request a cancellation, email us as soon as possible with your order number. There is no cancellation fee. Shipping and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, and payment by our Payment Information page.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including artwork, designs, text, graphics, logos and photos, is owned by or licensed to Retro Bohemian Store and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

6. Prohibited uses

When using our site, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers or related systems
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware or other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the site
• Scrape, harvest or collect content or data from the site by automated means
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of Retro Bohemian Store or others

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without any express or implied guarantees, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Retro Bohemian Store for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Retro Bohemian Store from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the State of Utah, where Retro Bohemian Store operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Dispute resolution

If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation, it will be settled by binding arbitration where permitted by law. Either party may still bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will change accordingly. Your continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.
