- Request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Return shipping is free: we email you a prepaid label once your return is approved.
- Refunds are issued within 2–5 business days after we inspect your return, to your original payment method.
- Damaged, defective or incorrect items: tell us within 7 days of delivery.
Return window
We want you to love your retro tees, sweatshirts, bucket hats and totes. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 30 days of the date you received your order.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition and original packaging, with all tags attached
We may ask for proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email. Every return must be approved by our support team before you send it back. Items sent back without prior approval may be refused.
Items that cannot be returned
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards
- Digital products
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Final sale or clearance items (if any)
- Perishable goods
How to start a return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.
- Our team reviews your request and replies within 1–2 business days.
- Once approved, you receive return instructions and a free prepaid return label.
- Pack the item(s) securely and send the package using the label provided.
- We inspect your return when it arrives at our warehouse.
- We issue your refund.
Return shipping
Return shipping is free. After your return is approved, we email you a prepaid return label. Please keep your drop-off receipt until your refund has been issued.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item(s), your refund is processed within 2–5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank, card issuer or PayPal may need additional time before the credit appears on your account. We will email you when the refund has been issued.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless required by law or the return is the result of our error.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or design, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. We're happy to help you check sizing first; see our Size Guide.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of receiving it. Please include your order number, a short description of the issue and clear photos. We will offer a replacement, a refund or another appropriate solution, at no cost to you.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us with your order number and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
Order cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before they enter processing or shipment. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. There is no cancellation fee, and approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method.
